RE.lnsurance Claim - Kitchen Renovation

I am writing in reference to the above. Your company has been instrumental

in the renovation of my kitchen due to a flood by the occupant of the upstairs

flat.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for the professional and high

standard of work that has been received during the time of the renovation.

I am extremely happy with the outcome of all the work carried out, the high

standard of work and the skill and professionalism of you workforce.

I also appreciate the help you have given me personally during this time

especially around the coordination of the tasks involved, when they will be

completed and the timescales involved.
